Delete your Natmal account

You can delete your Natmal account and all data linked to it — learning progress, review schedule, stamps, coins and Premium record — from our servers.

Fastest: in the app

1. Open Natmal and tap the gear icon (Settings).
2. Scroll to Data and tap Delete account and data.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and the app starts fresh.

Without the app

Natmal accounts are anonymous, so we need your User ID to find your data. You can find it in the app under Settings › Account › User ID (tap to copy). If you no longer have the app, email contact@mikomaru.com with any details you have, such as the date of a purchase, and we will help.

What happens next

• We process requests within 30 days (usually within a day).
• Deleted: your user ID, learning progress, review schedule, stamps, language setting, Premium and coin records on our servers, and your purchase record at our subscription provider (RevenueCat).
• Kept: in-app usage events are disconnected from your account and deleted after 12 months. Crash reports never contain your user ID and are deleted after 90 days. We keep a record of the request itself for 90 days after processing.
• Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel billing. Cancel in App Store or Google Play. Unused coins are lost.
